Hi Jim I've been away and couldn't answer this earlier. This is my opinion for what it's worth.....It's unlikely that the hotel has marriage records. Just like today, where some folks choose to marry outdoors, under water, or wherever, once the service is performed the documents are filed with the government according to law, not at the place of the marriage. Many marriages were performed in the individuals' homes. It sounds like your family was financially able to celebrate their nuptials at the hotel.
