I have another Gillespie branch I'm trying to track. Mary McKenzie (1826-1885) married John Gillespie, Kilchoman Parish, January 1852. I've found two John Gillespies who could fit the time frame, both in Kilchoman. One born Apr 1826, parents Alexander Gillespie and Catharine Campbell. One born Dec 1826, parents Duncan Gillespie and Margaret Gilles.
