Hi Sue, Thank you for your quick response. I use Outlook Express 6 and changing the Text Size to 'smallest' (using 'view' & 'text size') changed the size of the print on my screen. (I had also previously changed the size on the screen back to the normal font size (12) by using the wheel.) The problem seems to be in priniting. The print comes out at font size 12 for the heading only but the body of message prints at what looks like size 18. Is this happening to anyone else???
