Am interested to find out if anyone has any information on a Murdoch McDonald, he marries Catherine McEachern in 1803 and as far as I know only had one son William, who became a well respected Doctor in Glasgow. On William's Baptism record the address is given as Islay House - not sure whether they were living there (in service) or whether they were at Home Farm next door which at the time was occupied by Catherine's brother Donald McEachern.
