    3. Hi Ken: We've "talked" before. It appears our groups don't match but I betcha they're connected further back. Alex McNabb m Martha Campbell 1807 with sons born 1808,1809,1810 between Ballychatrigan & Lyrabus. (The sons: Robert, John, Dond in that order) John m a cousin, Catherine McNabb and they had Colin (1838), Martha/Mattie (two were born, one lived about 1840-1841) and John (b1842) who was my gr-grandfather and emigrated to Ontario before 1865 (Whyte). They were born in Pt Ellen. I thought Robert McNabb's son John, born 1843 was Capt John McNabb who I have a history of. My John supposedly went to Ontario to visit his cousin, a Capt. There were 2-3 Robt McNabbs in Kildalton and the one who married Mary Black and fathered Capt John doesn't seem to match this other Robt- but I haven't found what happened to this Robt either. My John did work on the lakes as a ship engineer and lived in Collingwood in 1871 while the other John lived in Owen Sound. So I'm still not sure...John & Catherine were in Fenelon 1871 & Eldon 1881. Their daughter Martha married Arch Currie and they were in Mariposa 1881. John & Martha both ended up in Chicago where they're buried. Not sure what happened to their parents John & Catherine. I'm assuming they're buried somewhere in Ontario. Carolyn
