Afternoon: I have a Nancy Currie in my family tree born 14 March 1826. After her birth no mention of her, but I have an Ann Currie. According to the family Bible there were only 8 children, and I have 9 in the family tree. Is it possible that Nancy Currie middle name is Ann? And therefore her name should be Nancy Ann Currie? Also the name Nancy does not go down the tree at all. Janet

I believe some women named Ann were often called "Nan" or "Nancy." So it could very well be the same person.
