John McLean but her children were born later in her years; Neil b. 1823, Archibald b. 1826, and Donald b. 1833. She may have had a female born earlier, but I cannot find record of it. It wouldn't of been unusual for Euphemia to remarry if her spouse, Archibald McPhee/McDuffy passed away. Neil would have been named after Euphemia's father. Perhaps Archibald was named after Euphemia's first husband? Euphemia's parents were Neil Ferguson and Salena Currie. Does this fit your family? > Anne Lyon's message excerpt: > My great grandmother was Catherine McPhee/McDuffie who married Michael > Lyon/s born in Islay but lived and died in Glasgow. > > Catherine's Parents: John McPhee/McDuffie born c.1803 - ?
