    3. Hi Valerie My Ann KEITH had two sisters named Catherine, born 13 Nov 1811 and 24 April 1813. I assume the first one died. The second one came to Canada in 1832 and married first Donald McLEOD who died before 1864 and William ROSE 14 Jul 1864 in King Twp. York County, Ontario. They appear to have come with a number of others from Islay, possibly on the "Venus"??? Their parents were George KEITH b. 1778 on Loggan, Bowmore, d. 1864 and m.19 Feb 1803 to Margaret (Peggy) McDOUGALL, b. 07 Oct 1782, Kildalton, Argyll Their grandparents were George KEITH b. abt 1751, Bowmore, d. 1817 Barr Farm and m .28 Jan 1776 to Catherine (Miriam)? McMILLAN b. abt 1755 Bowmore.
