    3. Hi Helen You've both got me beat. July 11, 2000 is the farthest back that my records show me on this list. It's been a grand ride. You, Sue, Toni and the other leaders have made this the best place for the search. Some day a hoard of OPRs will emerge from some dusty Bishops's attic. Until then we struggle to connect with the reocrds we have. Thanks for the marvelous journey. This year's annual Ontario Genealogical Society conference is coming soon. Hope to connect there. At the beginning of the note I received, the writer explained that only a part of the tombstone inscription was visible as much of it had already sunk well into the ground, however the visible text reads . . . Erected by Janet MacCuaig In memory of her Loving husband John Campbell who drowned... (I'm paraphrasing here, of course, but one thing is certain, there was no visible date) The writer went on to tell me that should I visit the Kilnaughton Cemetery, I should be ware the stone is not in the churchyard, but inside the ruins of the chapel, up against the wall. I would very much like to be in touch with the person who so kindly provided me with this information and have the opportunity to apologize. If this person is still on the list, I would very, very much appreciate hearing from them either via the list or directly to my e-mail [email protected] Thanks Helen Campbell Blair -------------------------------
