For Brenda Cameron Janet Ferguson, 1797-1860. Her parents were Donald Ferguson, born about 1773 (of Tormistil) and Ann Smith (of Claddach). I have some very sketchy information on her siblings. I have no indication that any went to North Carolina. Mary Cameron, 1787-1837. Her parents were Angus Cameron and Catherine ___. Again, I have no information on Camerons going to North Carolina but descendants of Mary Cameron and William MacKenzie did go to North and South Carolina around 1860.
