    3. Ken I have had difficulty connecting my McNab's to present day families that are apparently still in the area. My Great Grandfather, Alexander Calder was married to: Elizabeth McNab: Born on the Oa, Islay about 1830; Died 16 May 1917, Beaverton, ON John Stanyon I assume that the Alex Calder you wrote about previously was married to one of the three daughters you list below.
