Following up on something Dave M said a long time ago, I wonder if my MacDonald gr-gr-grandmother was Catholic and that's why I can't find any record of her marriage or the christening of her two children. If she was married in a Catholic church around Portree, which one would it probably be and might they still have any records? Marion Markham
