As I understand it, "second sight" is primarily a Celtic trait or inheritance. It is a strange thing about people with Celtic blood - even if one is born sixth or seventh generation Australian (or wherever,other than Scotland, Ireland,etc), there is a strange, unexplainable pull there to things Celtic.
