Listers: I know there is a BALNAIN near Drumnadrochit, in Inverness-shire, which I believe would be KILLEARNAN Parish. But in the late 18th century (1770s+) was there another BALNAIN in or near KILCOY or PARKTON? And would this have been URRAY Parish? I have a baptism certficate for my GGGG Grandfather, WILLIAM which states: "William was born to John MacKenzie and Isobel Stewart in Balnain". This comes from the Office of Public Records in Urray, Scotland. Can anyone clear this up for me? Thanks in advance.
