This is no doubt a silly question but is there anyone here researching the name CAMERON. I have a Donald Cameron born about 1827 in Blarachaorin, Fort William, third son of Duncan & Jean Cameron. It would appear that he was a minister, according to the 1881 census. According to information sent to me today, he died in Blarour, Spean Bridge 30 June 1897. His son Robert Melville Gentle Cameron immigrated to Canada in 1894. He had Sarah Large Cameron 10 Aug 1868 m James Campbell Duncan Cameron 11 Oct 1869 Robert Cameron 21 June 1871 Jean 5 1873 Margaret 4 Feb 1878 If anyone is connected to this family and has more info, I should love to hear from them.
