But just in case I didn't my interest in Mary Cattanach is her daughter Isabella Inkson (1803-5.12.1887), of Cromdale, Moray. She was the illigitimate daughter of Mary Cattanach & James Inkson. It has her parents names on her death cert. He was recorded as a Ploughman or Coachman. Sadly the Kirk Session Minutes were not recorded in the year Isabella was born so no clues there as to the origins of her parents. Which Inkson line are you from ? How far have you gone back ?
