Hello Everyone: I now have this cause of death figured out. I no sooner replied to all the nice people that have tried to help me, I got it down to "Epethelusia of ?ep? throat". I have now studied it some more and find it is definitely "Epethelusia of Lip & Throat". Hooray. I was taking the & sign as a letter. By the way this is a cancer.
