I am sorry, but this is not the vestvik family I was looking for. "My" vestvik or Vestvig family came from Sveio (Sveen) parish, Hordaland county near Haugesund. That is more south in Norway that where your family came from. It was a Tollef Olson Vestvik who emigrated to USA around 1880. His son Hans Olson Vestvig born 1879 lived in Renville county ND in 1910 census, I also think I have found his name in a land grant record for Canada later. Helga
