Thankyou Heather, the details are correct, as a matter of interest. I`m a member of several lists, and whenever I respond to a request I usually click reply all, this may save others from responding, it also puts the information into the archives, when I reply I also send that to the list (unless it is something sensitive or personal) so that again, list members won`t need to duplicate information. It also lets other list members know that I`m not some ill mannered pig who never learned any manners.
