Hello all, I made a bit of a mistake in some recent research some time ago. If anyone is interested, I have a birth certificate for an Alexander John Mackenzie, born 28 Sep 1885 on Ordvillage, Urray. His parents were Alexander Mackenzie, Road Labourer, and Williamina Mackenzie nee Maclennan who were married 27 Dec 1878 in Urray.
