He married Christina McGREGOR and had 6 children in Cromdale before dying 8 Jul 1840. Buried Cromdale Churchyard. > Children are:John GRANT dob 4 Jan 1785; Janet GRANT dob 1787: > Robert Henry GRANT dob1789 - 1852, m Janet McGREGOR > Jean GRANT dob 1791: David GRANT dob 19 Feb 1794 m Janet McEWAN: Mary GRANT dob 1797 > All the children were born in Cromdale and the only info l have is that > Robert Henry was a Shoemaker and l have his immediate family. > David is my gr-gr-grandfather and was an excise officer who worked around > Scotland.
