Hi listers, I wonder if there is anyone out there who will be making a trip to Edinburgh register house any time soon that could do me a huge favour and check some info for me while they were there? I'm looking for a check on a marriage and two births. I'm looking for a marriage between David McCullie and Helen ? Not entirely sure where they got married could have been in Rattary, Perthshire or Glenisla, Forfarshire. Also don't have a definite year but in 1901 they had a 16 year old son so I would guess they might have married around 1884/5. I'm also looking for a birth of James Grieve, born in Dundee Forfarshire in 1896 and Catherine Slavin born in 1901 I think in Callander. If anyone can help me please get in touch I can't get to Edinburgh anytime soon and would dearly love to find some info that will help me fill in some gaps.
