But his father James registered his birth on the 23rd March 1885. James's parents were James Thomas Collier Paxton and Christina Cunningham Ritchie Rodger both also born in Musselburgh. I would like to know if anyone knows any information about James all I know is that he was still alive in January 1932 when my Great Grandmother Christina Paxton died. James gave his address as 24, Hill Crest Road, Kilsyth, Scotland on his mothers death certificate. Was James still in the Golfing Profession in 1932? Did James have a wife or children maybe?
