The point is that you missed the point that to view images you have to load Java. http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/content/faqs/questions/index.aspx?206 Whilst with webtv web pages can be viewed, the user cannot instal anything. During the past year Scotland's People subscribers were having problems with the Java installation.
