That will be Portobello. Duddingston presumably is the parish. There are some fairly old houses still standing around the High Street and beach areas, but also a lot has been swept away by more recent development. I havent heard of Lower St and since the transcriber has had trouble with the rest, I suggest this was Tower Street.
