Hi List I am traveling to Scotland in search of my roots. I have the death certificate of my 3x great grandmother Beatrice Ketchin, nee Lambert. She died 18 Jan 1864 at Temple. Unlike New Zealand certificates it does not state where she is buried. I have two days of research at New Register House and 4 days work to cram in. I have half a day at Loanhead Studies Center so am SO short of time. If possible I would like to view the resting place of GGG granny. There will probably be no headstone as her husband was an agricultural servant for Robert Balfour Wardlaw Ramsay Esq and was interred by him many years after Beatrices death. Beatrice was living with her son at the time of her death. Does anyone have MI's for Temple they could kindly look up for me. I have been in touch with Midlothian Council who was going to have a look but have had no reply and time is getting on. I will be relying on others for transport and don't want to have them racing all over the country willy nilly. Many thanks Janet Tracing...
