Hi Paul George Chamber's birth is on the index of birth registrations on Scotlands People. The names of his parents (including mother's maiden name) should be on the birth certificate. Unfortunately the image of the certificate will not be online at Scotlands People until 2011 (at the moment images are available for births up to 1906).
