Scotlandspeople has a 'trust disposition' for Patrick Milne. I looked this up and it was a document recorded in life but recorded after death. Seems to have been for land mostly but might also mention moveable property. Perhaps worth spending the fiver on the off chance your man was mentioned in some way?
