Dear Listers, l am Sue Adamson from Far North Queensland Australia l have a family that moved to Edinburgh around 1832. They were still there in 1881. Is there anyone with resources that can tell me whether they were there in 1891............ in 1881 The ADAMSON's were living 21, Alva Place Edinburgh Greenside, Edinburgh. The Head was Agnes Watson ADAMSON but she was 85 then. She was living with her children James and Helen and Grand daughter Maggie. Agnes' Husband was not there in 1881, she was noted as a widow.
