    2. Shyama Peebles
    3. I will also be interested to hear if anyone can shed any light on this Secession Church. I have certificates from the Original Secession Church in Edinburgh Generations of my family belonged to it - I remember my aunt who died aged 104 told me they were very strict - not even cleaning your shoes on Sundays - all cooking had to be done on Saturday and nothing but going to church and bible reading at home all day on Sundays. The names I am looking for in Edinburgh are PEEBLES and EUMAN Shyama Peebles Laverton Western Australia -----Original Message----- From: Ann Carson <annmacarthurc@ozemail.com.au> To: SCT-EDINBURGH-L@rootsweb.com <SCT-EDINBURGH-L@rootsweb.com> Date: Wednesday, 20 June 2001 19:54 Subject: [EDB] Churches in Edinburgh >As there is some knowledgeable discussion of Edinburgh >churches on the list at the moment I wondered whether anyone >could explain the following entries to me.
