Would anyone have any information about a Bert (Herbert) AITKEN or his family. Bert trained at the Royal College of Music in London, and sang with the D'Oyley Carte Opera Company in the early 1900's. He was born and lived in Edinburgh, and his mother seems to have died there c.1950. I'd be very grateful for any leads about this family, or anything about Opera/Theatre Companies in Edinburgh.
