Dear Listers, I am new to this list and would like to post the names I am researching on behalf of my husband as follows:- ANDERSON - Thomas b1829 Roslyn, Lasswade, Edinburgh. listed with his family in the 1881 census with his family residing at 11 Summerside Place, Edinburgh St Cuthberts. His parents are believed to be William & Janet ANDERSON from Old Pentland, Lasswade. JOHNSTONE - Jessie Scott Johnstone b1844 Pentland, Lasswade, Edinburgh who married Thomas Anderson, and whose pareents were Robert Johnstone and Janet Scott.
