Researching my husband's WATT family. Seeking information on John WATT d. 1899 Scotland who married Margaret Morrison b. Scotland. Their son, Lewis Cavine WATT, was born 1 Dec 1841 near/in Edinburgh. Lewis arrived in the US 1866 via NYC. The family story concerns "Louis Cavigne" who fled France during the Fr. Revolution and ended up in Edinburgh.
