I believe that she was related to William LOCKIE Police sergeant from Berwick, who retired to, & died in Edinburgh 1959. Was she a daughter, or neice ? There's someone looking for LOCKIE in Newcastle on Tyne, Northumberland, who's researched them from 1831 to 1896. He is also researching HENDERSON at Durham, with a question mark ? beside Durham, & has information on them from 1850-1929. Is his postal address any use to you ?
