I dont think so! ;-) This was one of only two entries for this given name in Lowland Scotland. But I think it would be worth investing six quid in a search of the Scots Origins info, especially as some of the census images can now be viewed on line. Unfortunately the 7 entries in 1881 turned out to be a family called THEVY. Finally, what is the source for Isadore's birth details and what year was he born? By interrogating the index further I found that 2 THEVENEAU births occurred in the years 1870-72, a death in 1873 and a birth in 1874.
