Hi, I wish :-). !! The census shows a John HAMILTON living in the gatehouse, who may just be my grgrgrandfather. He was previously the farm steward at Wall Tower House, home of the Hamilton-Dalrymple family. They believed in keeping things in the family :-) Thank you so much for the information.
