Hi all, I am new to this list and am hoping someone can help me break down some of my brick walls. James TROTTER bn abt 1790, haddington, Dunbar, East Lothian, Shepherd/labourer. James married Elizabeth WATSON 1810, Edinburgh, Scotland, but the marriage is recorded in Dunbar. (From Parochial Register, Haddington, Dunbar) as well as Edinburgh. Elizaberth was the daughter of Thomas Watson, Shepherd. She was of the parish of Whitingham. Their children were: William born 1812, Whitekirk, East Lothian Thomas born 1817, Whitekirk, East Lothian James born 1819, Whitekirk, East Lothian, emigrated to Australia I have information onward from James jnr and am happy to share.
