Hi Marge, I am interested in the LEARMONTH surname. I have a Margaret LEARMONTH who first surfaces on an OPR for the birth of her son David BOYD in Earlston BEW in 1824. As the surname undergoes so many variations I have not definitely identified her antecedents. She may well have been born In Earlston but it's equally likely she was born elsewhere! Andrea in Mallorca - clutching at straws!
