Hi to all, It's a long time since I have seen any LUMSDEN references so I am re posting my direct LUMSDEN ancestors. I have more information on the families of many of their siblings which I will be happy to share if anyone thinks they have a link. I have also collected a fair amount of information on other LUMSDEN lines which I have not been able to connect so far. Also on the LAWRIES and CORSTORPHINES 2X GREAT GRANDFATHER is: John LUMSDEN, b. 16 September 1802 in Dunbar ELN, married Elizabeth LAWRIE 24 December 1831 in Athelstanford ELN. They had at least 3 children. GREAT GRANDFATHER is John Lawrie LUMSDEN, b. 3 March 1833 in Dunbar ELN, married Jane Peddie CORSTORPHINE 17 July 1857 in Ratho MLN. They had 13 children: GRANDMOTHER is Janet Gray LUMSDEN, b. 13 November 1865 in North Berwick ELN. She married JOHN LEITCH 25 November 1890 in Woolwich KEN.
