My families are desc. from John KING & Janet DUNCAN, who were married August 1766, Gladsmuir. Their son John, was Bap 1770, Gladsmuir. This John married Janet WILSON she was Bap 1770 Gladsmuir, the daughter of Nicole WILSON & Margaret FINLAYSON John KING junior, & Janet WILSON married 1791 Gladsmuir, & had children John1794; Margaret 1796; Marion 1802; Ann 1804; & Janet ( no Bap. shows) John & Janet & their above children moved to Pencaitland, where John was a Collier.
