They had a daughter Helen born in 1884/5. I think they may have came from around Glasgow as Helen married her husband Peter McConville in Glasgow on October 20th 1900, but Peter was from Wishaw, Lanarkshire and Glasgow areas. But an Edinburgh area link cannot be ruled out as my great grandfather Peter McConville's brothers seemed to work over in the Lothian area coal mines. If they are your great-grandparents, then we are related as they are mine also. Hope to hear from you soon.
