Hello Listers, Reading Walls & Flotta OPR film at FHC this morning noticed the following amongst the Walls deaths. These death records are only the years 1823-54. 1849, February 28th, Helen[aged 31yrs] & Elizabeth [aged 25yrs] BREMNER, natives of Stroma but residenters of this parish on their way to Rackwick became so ben......[couldnt decipher] with cold which so enfeebled them that they were not able to proceed, the snow lying deep on the ground, it blew a severe storm from the Easter at the time. Many very interesting detailed deaths amongst those years, giving ages & many shipwreck/drowing deaths often happening elsewhere but describing the folks places of origin. Barbara Stirling
