Oswald CAMPBELL b 11 October 1807 North Calder, Halkirk Died after 1881. m Janet SUTHERLAND m 9 October 1846 Dunnet CHILDREN:- a) Mary Sutherland CAMPBELL b 30 June 1856 Castletown, Olrig b) Janet Sutherland CAMPBELL b 12 March 1861 Castletown, Olrig c) Oswaldina CAMPBELL b 26 December 1864 Castletown Olrig d) Alexander Auld CAMPBELL b 23 December 1866 Olrig 1881 Census I have found the following on the above: Living at Feuars Houses in Olrig, Donald, 73yrs, Widower, Quarry Labourer along with three of the four children, Alexander, Janet and Mary. Oswaldina was living at Canisbay, aged 16, b Olrig, Servant to the Williamson Family. 4. Marjory CAMPBELL b 10 March 1812 North Calder, Halkirk m Magnus LARNACH m 28 February 1834 Halkirk Marjory was aka May and she must have died when her daughter Margaret was born in 1836 as Magnus remarried on the 14th October 1837 to Catherine CAMPBELL from England?? CHILDREN:- a) Mary or May LARNACH b 24 September 1834 Thurso - Died 28 November 1922 Birmingham, England. m John LARNACH m 16 March 1863 Edinburgh - Had one Child Ernest LARNACH b) Margaret LARNACH c 20 April 1836 Halkirk 6. Alexander CAMPBELL b 22 January 1815 North Calder, Halkirk Died aft 1881 m Isabella HENDERSON m 9 February 1838 Halkirk Died aft 1881 CHILDREN: a) Donaldina CAMPBELL b 23 January 1848 Halkirk Died aft 1881 (aka Janet) b) Alexander CAMPBELL b 14 July 1851 Halkirk Died aft 1881 1881 Census I have found the following on the above:- Living at George Street, Halkirk, Alexander, Married, Aged 66, General Labour. Isabella, Married, Aged 67, Wife of Alexander. Childen: Alexander, Son, Unmarried, Aged 26, House Carpenter. Janet (I presume this is Donaldina) Unmarried, Daughter, Aged 33, Formerly Domestic Servant. If anyone has any information on this family I would love to hear from you.
