Yes the Barbara Heatherwick/Hedderwick you mention in your email is the same person and therefore we might have a link. Barbara was indeed the daughter of William Heatherwick/Hedderwick and Ann Duncan. Barbara married Alexander Michie 20 november 1814 they had at least 11 children. I have all the childrens details including Elspet Michie b july 21 1838 m Alexander Morrison 6 nov 1858. It Has been the Morrison Family that I decend from.
