I have a William Teunan/Teunon in a line I am researching. William was christened 15 March 1830 Marnoch, Banff. Parents: James Teunan & Ann Webster. In 1851, William was living with James McAndrew and family in Turriff. ( spelling of his surname on the census being Teunon!) He married Mary McAndrew, daughter of the above James. Most of the Teunons appear to have come from Marnoch, Keith, Forglen and Turriff. This probably is not of much help to you, but as it is an uncommon name, I am delighted to find someone else researching it. If I find out anything more, I will send it on. C J Stevens
