She then reappears in Kingussie where she married James Gordon (1792 - 1876) in 1819 who was the shepherd to Capt McBarnet of Ballachroan. I can't prove it but I'm sure that her mother died and her father remarried Helen MacPherson in 1810. I already have her baptism, marriage and death details and census records but I would love to prove that she was a half sister to the later children of Donald and Helen. Thanks, Sue
