My Grandfathers' uncle the Rev. George Gordon Nicol (1868- 1924) was in charge of Tomintoul mission from 1899 to 1908. In tracing my line I have discovered that my G/ G/ Grandmother was Margaret ( Innes) Dey born around 1835. Her father was a Peter Dey born /6/ 1803 around Aberlour. His father was a James Dey born around the early 1770's ( Kirkmichael Parish?) who married an Elisabeth Anderson. Would be happy to share any information I have with you as as I am trying to trace this line . Regards Jim
