Hello, Interested in Mac/McIntosh's of Marnoch, Banffshire. What I have is JAMES MACINTOSH b. abt 1735 and ELSPET SMITH. They had a son JAMES MACINTOSH b. June 1756 d. Apr 5 1843. His wife was TERESA BROWN. They had: 1.ALEXANDER MACINTOSH b 12 Nov 1780 2.JOHN MACINTOSH b. 30 March 1783 d. 18 Oct. 1858,Sherbrooke, Nova Scotia. His wife was ELIZABETH DUNCAN, b. abt 1789, Banffshire, Scotland d. 27 Aug 1872, Sherbrooke, Guys. Co., Nova Scotia. They had 8 children. 3.JAMES MACINTOSH b 26 Feb. 1785 4.WILLIAM MACINTOSH b. 6 Jan 1787 5.GEORGE MACINTOSH b. 13 or 17 March 1789 d. 26 Nov 1884, Smithfield, Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, Canada. His wife was JANE ETTINGER. They had 10 children. My husband is from this line. 6.TERESA MACINTOSH b. 27 Feb 1792 7.LILLY MACINTOSH b. 19 Apr 1794 8.JEAN MACINTOSH b. abt 1798 All of the above children were b. in Marnoch.
