He was the son of Helen Meldrum born 1862 at Forgue and Alexander McWilliam (details unknown). My paternal Gt.Grandmother Helen Meldrum then married Alexander Alexander at Forgue 1882. I am research my grandfather Alexander Meldrum McWilliam, so wonder if there is any connection.....I seem to have hit a brick wall. many thanks.
