You can see it on multimap at http://tinyurl.com/c234u . Multimap is based on the earlier OS Landranger 1" series and names it as 'Mains of Colleonard' [i.e. a farm]. It also shows the location of the "Sculpture Garden". Note that the Banff & Buchan Arts Forum calls the place for this as "South Colleonard House" although South Colleonard is at least a mile west of it, and a mile southwest of the Mains. The 1896 OS map names it simply as 'Colleonard', all of which seems to suggest that the present name might represent a larger modern construction. Maybe a 'local' can describe it for you.
